The setting was just walking distance from everything we wanted to visit, like Permai Recreational Park. Location adjacent to Kompleks Pkns bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away. One could dine at restaurants such as Agehan 10 minutes away.

fantastic base for city trip in shah alam. we ate at sate kajang hj samuri, which is only 500 m away, it suited our needs. 5 minutes walking from the but station. in love with quality.

It was not far from West Lake. Easy to reach from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah airport, 21 minutes drive. Great base for discovering Shah Alam. No complaints whatsoever, we really loved this accommodation and do recommend.

Nothing really. And they insisted Booked.net charged me 10% upon booking, but they charged me in full. that was verified with the billing department. However on the last day, the manager clarified that Booked.net didn't charge me a cent, since they are charging me in full. I am totally confused how much I have been charged in All. I apprecitate Booked.net clarifies this matter.

The hotel confessed they only have 1 Mbps shared in the entire hotel. The internet line keeps dropping on and off, if you had the luck of connecting successfully in the first place. Terrible for business travellers.

The helpfulness of the staff made my stay easy and they arranged a taxi and suggested a leaving time to make it to the airport in good time.

The staff was nice and it was close to shopping.

I moved out to another hotel before my stay was up because their wifi did not work. I need to use computer for most of day and the non-functining wifi caused problems with my computer.

Nice beds. All normal hotel services were fine.

Outdated decore. Build standard poor. Tiles coming off walls, dirty lifts, old worn furniture. It really needs updating.

One of the manager Riduan was very good, nice and courteous. Others are not even familiar with the systems. I was told by another staff that my bookings were not on the list at first. When Riduan checked, it was there.

Cockroaches were found in the room. Toilet and sink were old and broken. I was promised a non smoking room but when I checked in, there were smoke smell every where and even there was an ash tray there. One of the speaker (intercom) was broken in the lift and was not covered.

we ordered room service, the food was unacceptable compared to the price. used small serving plates and portion was little

Convenient and quite privacy hotel.

Please replace your toilet bowl cover at Room 2309 .... very irritating! Probably provide room slipper because there are no carpet floor ...

The hotel was in a pathetic condition. Parking was difficult and thd basement parking was very dark and secluded. Dangerous for woman driving alone. The carpark had mini flood as it was raining the 1st night of my stay. The room needs serious upgrading. It was dimly lit and some if the lights are not working. It also smell of mould and the tv has poor reception and tge pictures were blur and grainy. There is no inside latch, so the room could not be locked when we sleep at night. Breakfast is simple with very limited choice. I would avoid staying here in future. Not worth the RM220++ rate spent.

Poor service , parking ticket confusing we end up going up and down reception and ticket office.

I was very astonished by this kitchen staff who prepared "Roti Canai " for morning breakfast.. He was alone to do like preparing Roti Canai, omellete etc for his guests and at the sametime serves it to the guest sitting at their individual table including myself. I would like to commend his efficient and pleasant relation with hotels guests. I forgot to get his name. He is about 50yrs + with some gray hair.. Thank you for his good service.

The floor of the room which I stayed in no 1921 was delapidated.There were gaps between the wooden floor tiles. The bathroom comes with many cockroaches, however when informed the staff did spray the cockroaches away.Apart from these the stay was quite pleasant. Thank you.
